• All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.

  • Glam Society strives to ensure all customers are completely satisfied. However, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues encountered that are within our control.

  • We ask that you allow additional processing time for your order to be fulfilled during sales events and holidays.

  • You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

  • At checkout, be sure to review your information for accuracy to ensure we have the correct mailing address.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct upon receiving your order conformation email.

  • If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact the shipping courier and follow the instructions provided by the courier to prevent your order from being returned to us. 

  • If an address error is made please email Glam Society LLC upon receipt of the confirmation email at Glamsocietyshop@gmail.com. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made. 

  • You will be contacted via email when your returned package is delivered and processed into our warehouse.
