Glam Society LLC thanks you for your patronage. We aspire to do all that we can and hope you love your new item(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange only, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear, tear, and odor.
Exchange approval is needed for all merchandise exchanges. If you need to exchange the merchandise for the same item, send an email to email@example.com and await approval for the exchange. (Due to limited stock, it is not guaranteed you will be able to receive the same item).
We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. To complete your exchange, Glam Society LLC requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

After all items are received and inspected, an email notification will be sent providing an acceptance or rejection status of the exchange. If approved your item will be processed within 3 business days. If your exchange is denied you will be contacted regarding the resolution.
